Every Offroad Grit RV is designed with its owner and handbuilt in our own Caboolture factory. Full composite, on the chassis that suits how you tow. No production line.

“Most off-road vans are too heavy for my tow vehicle.”
The Escape and Edge LTC start at 3,500 kg ATM, and our composite build and lightweight cabinetry keep the tare down so you keep your payload.
“I've seen what water does to timber vans.”
There's no timber anywhere in ours. A one-piece composite floor, sandwich-panel walls and roof, and PVC cabinetry. Nothing to swell or rot.
“None of the layouts out there suit how we travel.”
We don't have a model range. Your floor plan is drawn around you: who's coming, how long you go for, and where.
“Things rattle loose on corrugations.”
Every cabinet is bonded in, and aluminium extrusions reinforce where the floor meets the walls. Nothing to work loose.
“I'd be handing over a lot of money and hoping for the best.”

Boat-built thinking. No timber, anywhere.
Mark built boats before he built caravans. Boats teach you what water, heat and corrugations do to timber over time. So every Offroad Grit RV is full composite, built under our own roof.

- 03Lock in your build slotYour quote in writing and your build month locked in.
- 04Design it in your portalNow we get stuck into the detail, item by item, in your own customer portal.
- 05Build and handoverFollow the build in your portal, visit by appointment, then we walk you through every system.

Started in a back-yard shed
You'll deal with us. Not a sales floor.
Mark and Rachel started Offroad Grit RV in a shed in Beerwah in 2022 and now build from their own factory in Caboolture. You talk to the owners from the first chat to long after handover.
- Everything in writing. Quote, floor plan and build slot locked in before design starts.
- Built in-house. Chassis, body, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical boards. Only the upholstery is made outside.
- Help on the road. Our team can access your system remotely to fault-find.
